Good things about today:
I made it all the way through Jillian’s ripped in thirty week 1 workout, which I couldn’t do before.
I got more fresh produce last night, so this morning I had a banana-berry smoothie and around lunch I had sauteed mushrooms, onions, spinach and tomato with a scrambled egg on a whole wheat wrap with salsa.

Leg press 150lbs 10 reps 5 sets
Assisted pull ups-5 @ -120lbs
Curls- 20 on each arm @10lbs
Getting better! Tomorrow my goal is to do 10 each assisted pull ups and dips, do 30 curls on each arm, and do 6 sets of leg presses.

I went to the gym this morning with my roommate and we bought month passes so now I have an excuse to go more often.

end of week 2 of project may
I have been doing pretty terrible this week. I only made it to the gym once and worked out at home twice, had fried chicken strips yesterday and on v-day I had chocolates, ice cream, bacon and tater tots. When I run out of healthy food and start eating junk my roommates/boyfriend have, I lose my will to work out, and that messes with my sleep and combined it all just makes me feel crappy. But now everything should be back on track :)

more observations from rewatching Glee
I feel like Rachel and Puck have much more chemistry in just the little bit they were together in episode 8 then Finn/Rachel or Puck/Quinn have had the whole time so far. I wish they didn’t end it so quickly. Also, I really love Quinn’s outfit at the end of 8, and her hair is so much prettier down.
